Abstract:
Knowing all the aspects, areas and levels of Najaf mystic school has great epistemological importance and practical necessity, because the closest mystical school to mysticism is the school of Ahl al-Bayt. On the one hand, this school adds monotheistic foundations (existential-intuitive monotheism) and Imamat-oriented as well as wilayat-oriented components (the vision, orientation and behavioral authority of a complete and complementary human being) to the components of intuitive rationality in accordance with the definitive propositions of Sharia, and on the other hand, it holds that moving in this path requires the guidance of a spiritual teacher, and that soluk (spiritual journey) is a social activity. For moving along this path, it offers a road map based on the principles approved by the Quran and the Sunna and sets it as a standard criterion for existential movement from self to God and from soluk to intuition, in order to measure the cognitive and spiritual functions of the mentioned school through the characteristics of monotheistic lifestyle. The research method is traditional-intellectual and the descriptive-analytical approach is used. The research question is: what are the indicators for validating correct soluk in the Najaf mystical school? The research result is obtaining the theoretical indicators (the possibility of attaining the divine guardianship moving along the path of intuitive self-knowledge, ijtihadism and love-based worship) and behavioral indicators (the sharia-based, guardianship-oriented, reason-oriented, teacher-oriented, social-oriented nature of mystical life) in the Najaf moral-mystical school, which has been explained based on the evidence from verses and hadiths as well as the spiritual style of the mystics of Najaf school.
