Abstract:
In addition to with fiqh and jurisprudence (Fiqh al-Asghar), one of the scientific aspects of Imam Khomeini is his interest in philosophical and mystical studies (Fiqh al-Akbar). His excellence in mystical studies is manifest in the topic of "caliph" and "Wilayat", or in other words, the issue of “God's vicegerent” or "Perfect Man”, which seems to be under the influence of Ibn Arabi’s school in addition to the Shiite principles. Using "inductive" and "library" method, the authors of this article have tried to briefly examine the various dimensions of the issue of "divine vicegerecy " as the manifestation of divine names and attributes in the hierarchy of existence from Imam Khomeini's point of view and explain the relationship between vicegerecy and wilayat in terms of being manifest and non-manifest in the world of evolution. They also try to prove that “The Muhammadan Truth” as the caliph is the locus of emergence and manifestation of divine names and attributes, and the Messenger of God is the manifestation of the Great Name and the vicegerent of this caliphate, and after him, his successors (imams and guardians) possess wilayat and vicegerency.
